THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN PLANNING YOUR EVENT.

When arranging your catered event you have two options regarding the pricing of the function:

GUARANTEED NUMBER OF GUESTS - for buffets, receptions, attended breaks.

You decide in advance on the minimum number of guests you are expecting. We will guarantee enough food and supplies to cover that number. Any surplus food or supplies left over after the event remain the property of FCS – Food Catering Service. If less than the guaranteed number is present, payment for the full amount is expected. If more than the guaranteed number attend, you will be billed for the actual number of guests. In the latter case, FCS – Food Catering Service will make every effort to accommodate the extra guests, but it cannot be guaranteed nor should be assumed.

AGREED UPON AMOUNTS OF PRODUCTS - for buffets, pickups, receptions, and breaks.

In cooperation with us, you decide in advance how much food and supplies you will need for your event. Any unused food or supplies become your property after the event. It is the client's responsibility to arrange the prompt collection of the unused product (if desired) at the conclusion of the event. The Event Coordinator can only suggest amounts of products you may need, but cannot guarantee that you will have enough or not too much for your event.
